Warp Lemon

Warp Lemon Desenvolvimento de Jogos (“Warp Lemon”, “We” or “Us”) collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you in the services.

For those in the European Union, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which applies across the European Union, and we are responsible as controllers of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.

Acceptance and Consent

All Warp Lemon services are governed by this Privacy Policy and by using or accessing a service you give consent to the processing, use and disclosure of your data. Please do not install or use the services if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy.

Warp Lemon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of services will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.

The Personal Information we collect

Information collected by us: In the course of providing you with the services, we collect the following personal information, either automatically or when you explicitly provide it to us:

• Your IP address, browser type, hardware type, operating system and information about your gameplay and activities on the services are collected automatically while you use the services (your “Analytic Information”). The legal basis for collecting this information is to fulfill a contract with you, under GDPR Art. 6 (1) (b).
• Your unique Advertising ID. The legal basis for collecting this information is our legitimate interest, under GDPR Art. 6 (1) (f).
• Your name and email address, if you sign up for our newsletter (your “Contact Information”). The legal basis for collecting this information is your consent and our legitimate interest, under GDPR Art. 6 (1) (a) and (f).

How we use your Personal Information

We use your personal information as follows:

• Your email address is used to communicate with you about services-related issues (including receiving and responding to communications that you send us through the services), and to send you services-related communications about new products and services.
• Your Analytic Information is gathered and pooled with other users’ information, and used for the purposes of improving the services, such as tracking the total number of users or visitors to the services, their aggregate activities on the services, gameplay data and other gameplay analytics, and tracking the sites that refer visitors/users to Warp Lemon services.
• Your Advertising ID is used to display personalized advertisements on the services (see “Who we share your Personal Information with”, below, for more details).

Who we share your Personal Information with

We share your Personal Information with certain third parties as part of our operation of the services, whether shared by us or gathered directly by third parties through SDKs integrated into the services. This data sharing enables us to provide you with the services in the optimal way, such as serving you personalized and relevant advertisements within the services.

Some of those third-party recipients may be based outside the European Economic Area — for further information, including how we safeguard your personal data when this occurs, see their individual privacy policies linked below and the section entitled “Transfer of your Information out of the EEA,” below.

We share your Personal Information with the following third parties

Advertisements: Some of your personal information, such as your Advertising ID, is gathered by advertisers to display advertisements on the services that are relevant to your interests. These third-party advertisers (and their relevant privacy policies) are as follows:

Analytics: We may use third party website and mobile application analytic tools on the services, that employ cookies and other tracking methods to collect certain information concerning your use of the services. These tools include:

Other Sharing: We will share your Personal Information if we have a good faith belief that (i) access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, or a request by law enforcement or governmental authorities, (ii) such action is necessary to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues associated with the services, or (iii) such action is appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of Warp Lemon, its employees, clients, or users of the services.

Please note that some data may be retained if necessary to resolve disputes, enforce Warp Lemon user agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity, and operation of the services.

Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13, allow them to sign up for newsletters, make purchases, or use the services. In addition, we may limit how we collect, use, and store some of the information of EU users between 13 and 16. Warp Lemon takes children’s privacy seriously and encourages parents to play an active role in their children’s online experience at all times. We urge parents to instruct their children never to give out their real names, addresses, or phone numbers, without parental permission, when online. Links to Other Sites: The services may contain links to other sites and applications. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external services are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites and mobile applications. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Transfer of your Information out of the EEA

No matter where you are located, you consent to the processing, transfer and storage of your information in and to the U.S., and other countries, in accordance with this privacy policy and the privacy policies of third parties with whom we share your Personal Information.

Data Requests – Verification Information Needed

Whether you’re making a data request under GDPR, we will need certain information in order to verify your identity and process a data request. Please provide your unique Advertising IDs for any device you’re using to play the game (services), along with the device type (Android or iOS) associated with each Advertising ID. You can find this as follows:

• iOS: Currently, you can only access your Advertising ID on an iOS device by using a third party application. On your device, the ID will be called an “Identifier for Advertisers” or “IDFA”. There are a number of apps which perform this function on the App Store, but some common ones are:

• Android: On Android, your Advertising ID is known as the “Android Advertising Identifier” or the “Google Advertising ID.” On most Android devices, you can find this AAI/GAID in the Settings app on your device, under “Google”, then under “Ads.” It will be listed on the bottom of the screen. However, depending on your device, the specific location may vary. Please consult your device manufacturer for specific instructions on finding the AAI/GAID. Alternatively, you can download an application to access your AAI/GAID, such as:

We do not verify the correctness of the personal data that you provide.

Security

Warp Lemon follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your information in Warp Lemon’s possession.
